The Tribit StormBox Micro 2 is a pocket-sized 10W Bluetooth speaker with a snap-in elastic strap that clips to a bike handlebar, backpack strap, or beach chair. IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating means it survives a dunk in a pool and a sand-covered afternoon at the beach. Pros
- Snap-in strap clips to a bike handlebar, backpack loop, or beach-chair arm without extra hardware
- IP67 means a real pool dunk is fine, not just splashes
- 12-hour battery actually lasts a full pool day at moderate volume
Cons
- Max volume is great for a small group on a porch, but underpowered for a backyard party, pair two for stereo if you need more.

Frequently asked questions
Will the strap hold to a bike handlebar?
Yes, the elastic strap is sized for road and mountain bike handlebars and stays put on rough trails. Some users add a small loop of velcro for extra security on bumpy gravel.
Can I pair two together for stereo sound?
Yes, the StormBox Micro 2 supports Tribit's TWS (true wireless stereo) mode where two speakers split left and right channels via the Tribit app.
How is the bass for such a small speaker?
The passive bass radiator on the back fires backward, so it sounds noticeably deeper when placed on a hard flat surface. On grass or sand the low-end is thinner.
Does it float?
No, it sinks if dropped in water. IP67 means it survives full submersion, but you will need to fish it out.
