Frequently asked questions
Do these work with iPhone?
Yes, they pair and play fine over Bluetooth with AAC. The aptX Lossless and LDAC hi-res codecs only activate on Android phones that support them, so iPhone users will not get the lossless mode.
How long does the battery last?
Around 11 hours per charge on the buds with ANC off, and up to 52 hours total with the case, depending on volume and noise canceling.
Can I connect them to two devices at the same time?
Yes. Bluetooth 5.4 multipoint lets you stay paired to a laptop and a phone at once and switch audio between them.
Is there an app for custom EQ?
Yes, the free EarFun app offers EQ presets, a custom equalizer, gesture remapping, and firmware updates.
