Cons
- ANC isn't airline-grade, so it won't silence a jet engine the way Bose or Sony will
Frequently asked questions
How does the noise cancelling compare to AirPods Pro?
Roughly 70 percent as strong. AirPods Pro silence airline noise completely; the P30i reduce it to a soft hum. For everyday commute, gym, and office use the difference isn't worth $200.
What's the actual battery life?
9 hours per bud with ANC on, plus 36 additional hours from the charging case. 45 hours total before you need to plug the case into a USB-C cable.
Will they work with both iPhone and Android?
Yes, Bluetooth 5.3 with multipoint pairing means you can connect to both at once and the buds switch automatically when audio plays from either device.
Are they sweat-proof for the gym?
IPX5 rated, which means resistant to sweat and light rain but not full submersion. Safe for gym sessions and outdoor runs in normal weather.
