Frequently asked questions
Is it really smokeless?
The 360-degree airflow design preheats secondary air and burns the smoke before it leaves the chamber. Some smoke during ignition is normal, then it clears.
Can I use it on a wooden table?
Only with a heat-safe pad beneath. The included stand keeps the base off the table but radiant heat can still scorch finishes. A bamboo or ceramic trivet works.
Wood or pellets?
Both. Wood twigs and small kindling produce a faster, hotter burn. Wood pellets give a longer, more controlled flame.
