Frequently asked questions
Is the liner machine washable?
Yes, the removable sherpa fleece liner with microfiber trim is fully machine washable in warm water and can be dried on low heat. The outer shell should be spot-cleaned or rinsed by hand.
Does this bed work for small dogs?
Yes, it fits cats and small dogs up to about 20 pounds comfortably. Larger dogs may find the 18-inch diameter too snug for full-body stretching.
How does it help with cat hair shedding?
The bowl shape with raised sides contains most shedding within the bed itself, and the outer shell repels fur rather than absorbing it, so hair doesn't transfer to your furniture.
Does it need to be plugged in?
No, the Hepper Nest is self-warming, using your cat's natural body heat via reflective mylar and insulating materials inside. No electricity or batteries required.
