The blue 43717 is the standard plastic PIXI, not PIXI Smart or the stainless-top version. Its removable spout changes the water presentation between an arcing stream and bubbling top. The front window shows water level, and the pump has low-water shutdown. Those features still require regular checks. The supplied USB power arrangement uses a 5V/1A adapter; USB does not imply cordless operation. Hand-wash with a soft sponge and non-abrasive cleaner, rinse thoroughly and clean the pump as instructed. Rinse its filter with water, not soap; the manual calls for replacement every three to four weeks, sooner if obstructed or dirty. Do not apply the stainless-top model’s dishwasher permission to this one. Specifications were researched on October 27, 2026. FindVault has not tested the fountain.
