The COOZOOM Portable Tabletop Fire Pit is an 8.6 inch stainless steel mini fire pit designed to burn wood pellets or small wood chunks with a 360 degree airflow chimney that keeps the flame tall and the smoke low. Foldable legs lift it about two inches off the table surface so the heat does not scorch a wooden patio table or planter. Each fuel load runs roughly 45 to 60 minutes, long enough for a glass of wine on the porch or s'mores with the kids. Best fit for apartment balconies, suburban pati
Pros
- Brushed stainless steel finish looks intentional next to ceramics and string lights, not like a camping accessory
- Foldable elevated legs protect wood tables from heat damage and let air feed the burn from underneath
- Burns clean on wood pellets so neighbors do not get a face full of smoke
Cons
- Single fuel load only lasts about an hour, so a long evening means refilling once or twice
Frequently asked questions
Can I burn regular firewood or only pellets?
It is designed for wood pellets and small wood chunks (think 2 to 3 inch pieces). Full firewood logs do not fit inside the 8.6 inch chamber.
Will it damage a wooden patio table?
The flip-down legs lift it about two inches above the table surface, which keeps the base cool enough for hardwood and composite tables. A stone trivet adds extra peace of mind on softwood.
How long does one fuel load burn?
Roughly 45 to 60 minutes on a full pellet load. Hardwood chunks burn a bit longer but produce more visible smoke.
Is it actually smokeless?
The 360 degree airflow chimney burns the fuel hot enough that visible smoke is much lower than a campfire, but it is not zero. Damp pellets produce more smoke than dry ones.
