Frequently asked questions
Does this headboard work with my existing bed frame?
Yes, the VECELO headboard is designed to mount to most standard queen bed frames. It has pre-drilled holes and includes all hardware; however, your bed frame must have a mounting surface or rail system. Check your frame's manual or mounting points before purchase.
How many height adjustments does it have?
Six adjustable height positions range from 39.8 inches to 49.8 inches, designed to accommodate different mattress thicknesses (typically 6 to 14 inches) and ensure the headboard sits at a comfortable angle for reading or relaxing.
Is the velvet fabric durable and easy to clean?
Yes, the velvet is fade-resistant and resists odors. For routine cleaning, use a soft brush or dry cloth to remove dust. For spills, blot immediately with a damp cloth; do not saturate the fabric. Dry-clean for stubborn stains to avoid water marks.
Can two people install it, or do I need professional help?
Two people can install it in about an hour using the included tools and pre-drilled holes. Assembly is straightforward and does not require a power drill, though one makes the job faster. Most buyers report easy setup with clear instructions and labeled parts.
What is the warranty on this headboard?
VECELO offers a 12-month return policy and lifetime customer support via email. You can request the full manufacturer's warranty details by contacting customer service through Amazon or VECELO's website.
