Is this the same as the T3 Cura Luxe?
Different model. The Cura Luxe has an auto-pause sensor; the AireLuxe is lighter, $50 cheaper, and uses the same ionic generator without the proximity sensor.
Can I take it on international travel?
No. The 1875W version is 120V only. T3 sells a dual-voltage AireLuxe for travel.
How long is the cord?

Does it come with a diffuser?
