The ukeetap set is eight extra-large clear storage bins with lids and reinforced zippers, meant for the seasonal clothing rotation and the bedding you only use half the year. Clear is the whole point: opaque bins mean opening five before you find the sweaters, while these show contents through the side. The zippers are reinforced along the stress line, which is where cheap fabric bins split first when you overfill them, and the handles are stitched through rather than riveted to the fabric. They are soft-sided, so they collapse flat when empty and take almost no shelf space in the off months. Best fit: closet shelves, under beds, and apartment storage where hard totes waste space. The tradeoff is that soft sides mean they slump if underfilled and they do not stack more than a couple high.
Pros
- Clear sides mean you find the right bin without opening four wrong ones
- Reinforced zippers along the stress line, the first place cheap fabric bins split
- Handles stitched through the body rather than riveted onto the fabric
- Collapse flat when empty, so they take almost no space out of season
Cons
- Soft sides slump when underfilled and will not stack more than two or three high
Frequently asked questions
Are these airtight or vacuum sealed?
No. They are zippered fabric and vinyl bins, not vacuum bags. They keep dust off but do not compress the contents or seal out humidity.
How much does one bin hold?
Each is sized for roughly a season of adult clothing for one person, or two to three comforters. Overfilling is what strains the zipper, so leave some slack.
Can they go under a bed?
It depends on your bed height. Measure your clearance first, since these are extra-large and taller than a typical under-bed bin.
Will they protect against moths?
They keep dust and casual contact out, but they are not sealed. For wool storage, add cedar or a moth product inside the bin.
