Frequently asked questions
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Up to 70 minutes in Eco mode, or shorter runtimes in standard and Boost modes depending on suction level used.
Does the PowerDetect work on both carpet and hard floors?
Yes. The DuoClean Detect nozzle has two brushrolls designed for all floor types, and Floor Detect technology automatically adjusts suction and brushroll speed when transitioning between surfaces.
Is the battery removable?
Yes. The vacuum comes with a removable 21.6-volt lithium-ion battery that you can swap out for extended cleaning sessions or replace when needed.
Does it pick up pet hair without wrapping?
The brushroll uses anti-hair wrap technology for powerful pet hair pickup without tangling, though occasional cleaning of the brushroll is recommended for long-haired pets.
