Is it safe on hardwood and laminate?
It is rated for sealed hard floors including sealed hardwood and laminate. Use the lower steam setting on hardwood and never let it sit in one spot. Unsealed wood should not be steam-mopped.
Do I need to use Bissell water or any cleaner?
No, just regular tap water. The Spring Breeze fragrance discs are optional, only for adding a clean-laundry scent to the pad.
Will it actually get the kitchen grout clean?
