This Govee RGBIC LED strip runs 100 feet total and uses segment control, so different sections of the same strip show different colors at once instead of one solid shade. It sticks up with adhesive backing along a ceiling line, behind a headboard, under a desk, or around a gaming setup, and a built-in mic syncs the colors to music. Control runs through the Govee app and works with Alexa and Google Assistant for voice and scene presets. The 100-foot length covers a large room or wraps a full perimeter. It suits bedrooms, gaming and streaming setups, and party spaces where color-changing accent light is the point. It is accent lighting rather than a primary room light, and the adhesive holds best on clean, smooth surfaces.

- 100-foot length wraps a whole room or a full ceiling perimeter

Cons
- The adhesive grips best on clean smooth walls and can lift on textured or dusty surfaces
Frequently asked questions
Is this really one 100-foot strip?
It is a 100-foot set, typically supplied as two rolls you place in different areas or join per the instructions. Together they cover a large room or full perimeter.
Can different parts show different colors at once?
Yes, that is what RGBIC means. The strip is divided into segments so you can run a gradient or several colors along the same run at the same time.
Does it work with Alexa or Google?
Yes, it connects through the Govee app and supports Alexa and Google Assistant for voice control, scenes, and schedules.
Will the sticky backing hold on my wall?
The adhesive holds well on clean, smooth surfaces. On textured paint, brick, or dusty walls, many people add mounting clips or tape for a lasting hold.
